R&R Cerakote Refund Policy 

1. Gunsmithing Services: 

• Due to the custom nature of gunsmithing work, refunds are generally not issued once services have commenced. 
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be provided. 
• If an issue arises with completed work, we will work with the customer to rectify the problem within a reasonable timeframe. 

2. Cerakote Services: 

• Cerakote application is a permanent finish. Refunds are not offered once the application process is complete. 
• We will work with the customer to ensure color and finish satisfaction before final curing. 

3. Firearms and Ammunition Sales: 

• New firearms may be returned within 10 days of purchase with original receipt, in new and unfired condition, for a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee. 
• Used firearms and ammunition sales are final. 

4. Firearm Transfers: 

• Transfer fees are non-refundable once the transfer process has begun.

5. Estate Firearm Appraisals: 

• Appraisal fees are non-refundable once the appraisal has been completed.

6. Special Orders: 

• Special order items are non-refundable. 

7. Exceptions: 

• In the event of manufacturer defects or errors on our part, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
